Living
Seven rooms across two floors. Every room comes with a desk, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning, all utilities and linen. Prices are monthly and all-inclusive.

All four first-floor rooms include a 45-inch smart TV.
Minimum stay 1 week, no maximum.
One month deposit, plus the first month on arrival.

Only what you enter in the enquiry form: your name, your email address, the room you are interested in, your arrival date, the length of your stay and your message. We do not use cookies for advertising or profiling on this page.
We use your data solely to answer your enquiry and to take steps at your request before a possible accommodation contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.
We keep enquiries for one year from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. If your enquiry leads to a contract, the related data is kept under the retention rules applicable to that contract.
Your enquiry reaches us by email and is handled only by the staff of EUC Inovação Portugal responsible for the campus. Our email and website providers process the data on our behalf as processors, under contract. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw your consent — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.
